• Device model:iphone 12 pro max

• Version of uYouPlus: 17.24.4_2.1

Describe the bug

When i watch to Shorts, it's crash

How to reproduce the bug

scroll short

Crash log (if possible)

(The crash log can be found in the Settings app - Privacy - Analytics & Improvements - Analytics Data - Youtube...)

I can't not reproduce the issue. Can you describe how to reproduce it in more detail?

Mình cũng bị lỗi như trên iOS 15.4.1 chạy bản 17.25.1 mới nhất bị lỗi xem Shorts 1 tí là bị lỗi văng app crash, lại phải vào lại, mong bạn fix lỗi này trong bản update mới nhất.

@datphanmem hm. Khá là khó vì mình không thể gọi được cái lỗi này ra. Nếu bạn có video thì có thể up lên
Nhân tiện thì dưới phần tiếng việt bạn nên thêm một phần dịch sang tiếng anh nhé. Kể cả google dịch cũng được.

Strange… I couldn’t recall the issue. A screen recording video may help.

Đây là video mình quay lại, tần xuất crash rất là nhanh, xem vài video kéo lên kéo xuống là crash.

Đây là file Youtube log mới nhất, mình vừa nãy cài đè bản uYouPlus_17.23.6_2.1_F2 thì ko bị còn bị lỗi nữa, còn bản uYouPlus_17.24.4_2.1 vẫn bị lỗi như bản mới nhất uYouPlus_17.25.1_2.1

This is the latest Youtube log file, I overwrite installed the uYouPlus_17.23.6_2.1_F2 version without any more errors, and the uYouPlus_17.24.4_2.1 version still has the same error as the latest version uYouPlus_17 .25.1_2.1

+1.It crashes seldom, but it works fine when the app is logged out or in Incognito mode.

I can reproduce on 17.26.2, it crashes around the 3rd short, if I'm lucky it crashes around the 8th... (iOS 16 PB 1)

For me, the app crashes when I tap on the screen on any area for 1-2s when in the shorts interface and the phone interprets that as a long press.

This is the build I'm sideloading: download.

It seems that this is caused by a language exception, as per Xcode docs.

Same problem for me, iphone 13pro max with the latest release of uyou+ and ios (no beta, ios 15)
It was working fine until few days ago.
The app crash after th 3rd short i watch in a row, consistently.
It seems related to the account or something because when I use my other account the application doesn't crash

Tested with official youtube vannila from appstore and cercube latest as well . Didn’t face this issue in them. Tried 17.25,26,30 all of them had this issue. When you scroll and reach the 3rd short it crashes.Ready to give logs on each of the crashed version if wanted. Just guide me as I’m a newbie in getting logs. Willing to do something helpful atleast ,as i cant afford to donate😅

I can also verify this. On the latest iOS 16 beta the app crashes after watching 3 shorts consecutively.

i mightve figured out how to fix it, change show formats to only webm. if you change it back to mp4 + webm or mp4 only and restart itll crash.

Yes, it's on. I'm on iphone X though and i don't have hardware VP9 support.

I can confirm tha i have the same issue…
I dod update with the latest uYouPlus_17.31.4_2.1.ipa but didn’t help…
After that I did downgrade to the version uYouPlus_17.26.2_2.1.ipa that I was using previous (without this issue) but issue is still here..
