  • remove un-needed data file
  • re-write history offline to purge them completely
  • push to new repo
  • replace this repo with re-written one

i will merge the scripts today, clean them a bit and write a small bash script to act as a pipeline. will push the changes to polyA/master, since it's only rearrangement. then you can rewrite history and clean .gitignore etc much easier
