OMXplayer not installed?

Dear, I'm a bit of a novice at it myself, but I installed Raspberri Pi Os desktop on a Pi3B
with camplayer but am now running into a problem for which I cannot find a solution. I have gone through all the steps, but have not yet created a config.ini, where can I put this file so that it works? and when I enter the command "camplayer --demo

I get the message:

what am I doing wrong and can anyone share a good example of the config.ini file?

the problem is not the config.ini the problem is that the latest version of raspberry os does not include omxplayer, you need to use the legacy version
