Proposal for unique property identifier implementation

Universal Portable Property Unique ID Repository Scope

1. Implement a model to represent a portable property ID (PUID) based on public information

2. Implement Repository based solution that can be cloned by RESO or other technology companies

3. Implement RESO standard signatures for:

3.1) Searching and returning one or more PUIDs

3.2) Based on address

3.3) Based on Geospatial coordinates

3.4) Based on other property characteristics as determined if feasible

8. Host and provides an open source universal portable property unique ID repository
