had to do sudo gem install redsquirrel-mad_mimi_mailer #1

it wouldn't find "mad_mimi_mailer" and the GitHub gems list here: http://gems.github.com/list.html shows it as redsquirrel-mad_mimi_mailer

I have github's gem server in my gem sources.

might want to update the docs for this.

Ah, needed to add gemcutter to my sources:
sudo gem install gemcutter
sudo gem tumble
