Bug : Cant create lock file on windows #31

Adonis5-scheduler is tryign to create a lock file with colon in its name but on windows colon is not accepted in naming a folder or a file.

Line of code incriminated :

adonis5-scheduler/src/Scheduler/Task.ts

Line 40 in 2a9960b

.join(':')

This line of code need to replace the colon with for example an hyphen and this will work in both linux and windows OS 👍
