Hi! I believe this project is no longer maintained. However, there is an actively maintained fork of it here: verdaccio/verdaccio.

@noamokman I am afraid it won't get merged anytime soon, since there is already a huge queue of pending pull requests. Although, I'd leave this issue and the PR open so people can easily spot it's no longer maintained.
