Implement RS School block / Community main page

Steps

  1. Go to design and find "School / Desktop" frame
  2. Read blue notes
  3. Shadows and background of course cards depends on technology type course cards component
  4. Course cards have an animation while hovering course cards component
  5. Implement this block
