I don't recomend you use CC licenses for code. This is also mentioned on their website:

oh right, thanks @tudalex , checked out a bit, so for software there are different ones like GPL or it's recommended here that for small thing we just use Apache License 2.0. I don't wanna over-research for this, anything is fine by me.
