Beta branched just recently so by doing this now it'll have the longest time in nightly/beta, which should give plenty of time for fixes in the (hopefully) unlikely event there are still issues. |

First try to use the system preferred RNG but if that fails (e.g. due to a broken system configuration) then fallback to manually opening an algorithm handle.
