This option splits all imports into their own `use` statement.

Thank you for the PR, however, this normalization is not a safe one to do during formatting, see rust-lang/rust#60941 and #3568 for more information. I suspect this should be closed, although the formatting change in the test file with the aliased super::self is an interesting case. I'd have to dig back through things to see whether or not that's a separate bug or intentional |
