BUG: ellipsis whitespacing is too strict

There are a couple of doctest outputs that are handled way too strictly. E.g. the table in the diff of astropy/astroquery#3068 worked for the contributor, but not for CI and for me locally.

I haven't yet found out what the underlying issue is, whether the columns are not fixed with and thus the comparison is sensitive for whitespacing differences or if something else changed with new versions. Bottom line, both outputs should be acceptable as the content is the same.
