I absolutely LOVE using this product. If you are working on improvements may I suggest adding a feature that allows you to set a start date in the future for either a loan or a payment. For example, if someone plans on getting a raise, they can enter a payment with the expected date of the raise. It would also be nice to change the start date of a loan. For example, if you are planning on getting a house next year and are trying to project how quickly you can pay of the mortgage, it would be nice for the dates to reflect what you're anticipating. Obviously I can do both of these things now with just a little bit of math but it would be awesome if the program allowed this. Thank you for this wonderful, helpful tool!
