Modifies the scripting of routines to modify the text of the script to match current action (create or alter), name, and schema/owner. There are actions that you can take in sql server management studio that will cause these items to get out of sync or be incorrect in the stored schema, especially for views.
These changes should only affect users who have db objects that have these problems. If the script is not out of sync it will not be modified.
