How can I synchronize my article titles?

I am using shareDB and using rich text. How can I synchronize my article titles?

Sorry, I may not have clearly described my requirements. I am using Quill+shareDB for multi person document synchronization. My article has a title that is not in Quill, but a separate input box on the page. How can I achieve synchronization of the content of this input box that is not in the Quill editor

If you want them to be part of the same "document", you probably want to use subtypes
