What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Export the basedata groups to one of the raster foirmats (ERS,
asciigrid, floatgrid).
2.  Success is indicated in the log window, but the files do not work in a GIS.

It is partly to do with the colon in the group and label names not being a
valid character for filenames (floatgrid and asciigrid outputs).

Fix implemented in revision 1687.  Filenames are passed through a URI escape 
sub so
restricted chars are altered.
