Build and upload wheel to pypi

Thanks for this very useful package! It would be great if you could change the release/packaging process so that the wheels also get updated on PyPi.

I found github actions in this respect very useful, as it can be done automatically when creating a release/tag. I could submit a PR in this direction if it is an option you could consider.

Hi @MRigal, we already use Travis to publish to PyPI on new tags, shouldn't be difficult to adjust that job to also build wheels. Happy to accept a PR for that. Also happy to accept a PR to move to Github Actions generally, I like it more than Travis but haven't had time to do so yet.
