- Everything has to be usable from SSH/interactive docker sessions
Versioned URLs
- No static urls, which are not changed with when version is released
No installers
Reputable vendor
- No repositories created yesterday with 0 stars or similar
Freeware
- FOSS preferred
- All applications have to be available for everyone without need to buy license for whole application/special features
Clearly defined license
- No Unknown, Proprietary licenses without clearly defined agreement

Manifest will be removed/freezed under any of these reasons

Frequent hash check failures, which are not verifiable
Update will introduce license change which require payment
