Download and install GNU Emacs 24.4 from source.

Just include emacs24 in your node's run_list:

First, install dependencies:
bundle install -
Run Checkstyle and ChefSpec:
bundle exec rake -
Run Kitchen tests:
bundle exec rake kitchen
