Duplicate pages

When uploading new data, a template had the indicator name two different ways (with and without hyphen, the hyphen is preferred). We realized the error, fixed it in the template, deleted the indicator from the backend, and reuploaded the file, but the indicator still shows up twice in the indicator list.

• "Tobacco-related deaths" and "Tobacco related deaths" - no data display for either
• "Diet-related deaths" and "Diet related deaths" - data display for both
• "Diabetes-related deaths" and "Diabetes related deaths"- only 2017 data displays for both

Now also an issue for Very low birthweight and Infant mortality as well.
