  • Adds docstrings for all methods in the BladeStiffenedShellConstitutive cython class
  • Change default bounds on ply fraction variables in BladeStiffenedShellConstitutive from 0.1-0.9 to 0.0-1.0
  • Fix bug in DV numbers used in BladeStiffenedShellConstitutive unit tests
  • Fixes error from a merge commit where generateBDFCard was accidentally moved from CompositeShellConstitutive to BladeStiffenedShellConstitutive
  • Some small fixes to docstring issues in BucklingProblem and pyTACS
