I have properly set up an SSL certificate and key, and they show up as valid. However, all but one friend get the error shown here when attempting to connect:

my friend with a chromebook had zero issues connecting, yet everyone else gets the same thing no matter what I do. What am I doing incorrectly? I will provide any details necessary to get this fixed.

I should clarify, all of them have tested multiple browsers, as well
