Cannot reorder the tags or locations by dragging them; Improper location when navigate back

• I've checked for other issues, and none exist.

Issue description

1. First one is that I cannot reorder the tags or locations by dragging them, all orders seems fixed when they were created, this is not as expected..
2. Second issue is that when I have a folder with lots of subfolders, if I scroll down a lot to open a subfolder there and then navigate back, it will directly show me the top of the parent folder, so if I want to open the next subfolder, I need to scroll down again, this makes it inconvenient, can you refer to the way the finder app do it, I remember it will show me the location when I go into the subfolder

• For the first issue, this is not a bug - we haven't yet added the ability to drag and re-organize locations/tags. We will most certainly support this.

• The second issue is also not a bug, rather what we have now as UX, it would be better to certainly maintain the scroll state.
