failed to check if subinterfaces is up on node spiderpool1031202216-control-plane: exit status 1

It's a known issue about containernetworking/plugins#954. We shouldn't test node reboot for ifacer case until containernetworking/plugins#954 has merged. @ty-dc

Yes, this is a known issue.

  1. Upload the corresponding debug log file for backup.
    e2edebugLog-about-ifacer.txt

  2. Comment the corresponding code in the corresponding e2e.
