This may well be beyond the scope of this driver, but since fbturbo's 2D performance beats out xf86-video-armsoc's by a significant margin (as well as being less glitchy), if there were any chance the drm support for this driver could be extended to work with the exynos-drm driver, it'd improve the Quality-of-Life of Linux on ARM chromebooks by an order of magnitude.

I'm not sure about the exynos-drm, but I have plans to try improving the generic modesetting driver. Since it got glamor support now, also improving the software rendering backend in it would be not a terribly bad idea either.
