Detect which web browser a user is using and if it is not Google Chrome, then have a warning appear when the user clicks on 'Try an Experiment' or 'Sign In'. Actually, is there a way to warn a user if they click on anything on the homepage? The dialog window should say:

We have detected that you are using a web browser other than Google Chrome. StarCellBio is currently only supported for use in a Google Chrome web browser and we recommend that you switch to a Google Chrome web browser window at this time. If you don't have Google Chrome and would like to download it now, visit: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/.
