The
support:detailscommand offloads its work to theaboutcommand. When using a version of Laravel that didn't have theaboutcommand (<9.21), it would render its own output. Now that Statamic only supports versions of Laravel that contains theaboutcommand (10 + 11), this fallback logic can be removed.
