@tomerweller would you mind providing a status update on this when you get a chance?

Can we close this one issue out or is there still work to be done?

I think that the idea was to add a soroban docs resource that explains how to use stellar laboratory to submit transactions and to view XDRs. This is not super important right now and the CLI provides most of this utility

It seems to be covered by soroban lab as outlined in the XDR documentation here and here Perhaps it would be best to revisit this topic once we have published the Soroban CLI documentation?
