What problem does your feature solve?

Under https://developers.stellar.org/network/core-node/admin-guide/running-node#interacting-with-your-instance, we discuss the http commands that can be used to interact with a core node, but then link to a page that only has CLI commands.

What would you like to see?

We should instead just link directly to https:/stellar/stellar-core/blob/master/docs/software/commands.md#http-commands. https://developers.stellar.org/network/core-node/admin-guide/commands should also be updated to either include a short section on http commands, or clarify that the existing commands there are CLI commands.
