can we integrate OCP alert manager with thruk, to forward OCP critical alerts to thruk and from there to gchat/telegram?
Or somehow else send OCP internal criticals alerts to gchat?

Might be possible, but I suggest alerting direct from the cluster to gchat & telegram and managed the configure via gitops.
