Chains metrics

I was wondering if there's a plan to include namespace info/label in the metrics, so that the amount of signed artefacts can be determined more precisely?

It seems likely the Chains team might welcome PRs to suggest implementations. If possible, please prepare a small PR or two and use this as a dialogue-starter to further explore these enhancements.
