Changes

Nightly builds are broken, it seems to be related to an issue with ko and ko:// URLs: ko-build/ko#164
This PR temporarily reverts the change that adds ko:// to our image URLs, until the issue
it fully understood and solved, so that we may continue to have nightly builds.
