In this project we work with structural variations in time series

1. Install miniconda3 alternatively the full anaconda3 enviroment on your laptop (the latter is much larger).

2. Download this github repository and uzip

3. Navigate to the project folder

4. Run the enviroment yml file

conda env create -f dnasvenv.yml
source activate dnasvenv

5. Run jupyter notebook
