Relative image dimensions broken in master and 2.5 #101

Relative images no longer have width and height attributes included. Looks like the move to new internal attribute processing method messed this up.

Thanks @drewm, your issue #100 brought this to light.

Fixed in a 2.5 based branch along with #100. Will become part of v2.5.1 and v3.5.1.
