This repository contains information about computational tools for identifying ligand-receptor interactions from single-cell RNA-sequencing data and examples of how they are used. For the most part this involves working through the tutorials and vignettes provided by the package authors. The information is provided as a website at https://theislab.github.io/interaction-tools.
