Hello,

After running NCEM, how can I obtain the ligand-receptor pairs for each cell type pair? The sender_effect and receiver_effect analyses only provide the target genes in the pathway "celltypeA ---> ligand ----> receptor ----> target_genes ----> celltypeB".

If NCEM cannot provide this information, could you advise me on a method that can be used to deconvolute spatial transcriptomics (ST) data to achieve this?

Thank you!
