User error needs "translating" #1185

Here is what I got when I tried to move a video from "peacemakers" to "unlisted":

"One or more parameter values are not valid. The update expression attempted to update a secondary index key to a value that is not supported. The AttributeValue for a key attribute cannot contain an empty string value. (Service: DynamoDb, Status Code: 400, Request ID: 7R9QF2IQJOGKG9ODBMCBOKQ3UVVV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG)"

I have no idea what this means. Can we translate it and provide the error in a way that the administrative user can understand and act on?

@itbel this is not actually in scope for the web project. Also, I think it might be irrelevant now that you built a manual importer.
