Notarize from Custom request should track all headers added by the browser

Once a custom request is made, the extension should track and update all the headers automatically added by the browser (i.e user-agent, sec-*, accept, etc) and then add them to the custom request builder. That way we can ensure that the request notarized is the exact same as the request made by custom
