Fleek should have the ability to use system manager

I am unable to install packages system wide but there is a way to do it with system manager

Fleek should be able to install packages using this here https:/numtide/system-manager

Describe alternatives you've considered
Home manager can also manage the root profile too but system manager seems better

maybe we can just have it in the linux version for now. we could use nix-darwin for macos users

I'd be a big +1 for an easy-ish way to use nix-darwin. I'd love to be able to use nix-darwin's brew support to manage all my casks and Appstore applications.
