printf: use clap default help and version #3067

It was mentioned in a previous printf PR that we should eventually be using clap's output - this PR addresses that, so that printf --version and printf --help are not manually parsed and handled.

The right terminal displays the current output of printf --help, the left displays the output with the new changes.
