Adds the GNU tests for
uniqas tests in our own framework and fixes one of them. There are 3 failing tests left (commented out for now), which are all testing the obsolute syntaxuniq -1(short foruniq -f 1) anduniq +1(short foruniq -s 1). We'll have to decide whether we want to support this syntax or skip those tests.
