cksum: remove "-a="s from markdown file #4814

This PR removes all -a=s in the markdown file because it looks weird when using cksum --help:

DIGEST determines the digest algorithm and default output format:

- -a=sysv:    (equivalent to sum -s)
- -a=bsd:     (equivalent to sum -r)
- -a=crc:     (equivalent to cksum)
etc.
