Why is the HOVER_CANVAS_THROTTLE_DELAY set to 800? #366

Why is it set to 800, based on what? Can you open up a setting to adjust this variable?

@heretic-G that exists to improve performance, by not painting the shadow canvas so often. This setting seems to work generally well as a compromise between performance and UX, and until now the need hadn't arise to be able to modify this value. Could you explain a bit better your issue around the need to modify this value?

I'm just curious how 800 is defined。
The network delay of the shared screen makes the delay parameter feel longer,but it's not unacceptable
