NSE: Crypto Store Account Not Found

When the app newly installed and logged in, NSE cannot find the Olm account in crypto store and tries to recreate the crypto store on every notification, until the app terminated by user and launched again. What we do when we relaunch the app is to remove the read-only crypto Realm. So the issue happens because the read-only Realm file is very out-of-date and we need to refresh (remove and recopy) it sooner.
