because tapping on the user alternates between mxid and displayname in the memberinfo you can copy neither.

Proposed solution: Bring the iOS version of the memberinfo screen in-line with the Android version (see screenshot). Add the mxid to the memberinfo screen. When pressed, copy mxid to clipboard. (It's a long press on Android).
