The attachment options of the text input are not available anymore after using "Jump to unread"

Steps to reproduce

1. open a room where the option "Jump to unread" is displayed
2. click on this option -> you jump to the last unread message OK
3. click on the icon at the bottom right to return in live OK
4. click on the (+) button a the left side of the text input : the attachment options are not visible NOK

Reproducible on 1.8.1. Also occurs after peeking into a room and then joining that room.

In theory it will be fixed by @MaximeEvrard42 via #3779 however it will still remain an issue for the case when peeking.

@pixlwave Peeking is when you're not in the room? Can you post to a room when you're 'peeking'?

Correct, and no you can't post as you're not a member of the room at that point (unless there's anything in the spec that allows for posting as a guest, not sure about that).

I don't those not yet in a room should be able to post in it so if @MaximeEvrard42 's fix to #3779 brings the options back for the members of a room I would consider this issue closed.

Just to clarify: If I peek into a room, then choose to join the room from the header, I'm now a member of the room but tapping the + will show an empty list of attachment options.
