App freezes after terminating VoIP call

Steps to reproduce

1. User is logged in App
2. App is in background (not the same as terminated)
3. iOS device is locked
4. Incoming call from another user is signaled on the screen via Call Kit
5. Call is accepted by sliding to answer
6. VoIP call is connected with the native iOS call UI and users can talk
7. User clicks Matrix button to open the App
8. User unlocks the device
9. VoIP call is still connected with the Matrix App call UI and users can talk
10. User terminates the call by pressing the hang-up button
11. App freezes unresponsive while showing the swirl of the welcome screen
12. App needs to be terminated to get out of the lock situation

Alternative Steps to reproduce the same issue
User is logged in App
App is in background (not the same as terminated)
iOS device is locked
Incoming call from another user is signaled on the screen via Call Kit
Call is accepted by sliding to answer
VoIP call is connected with the native iOS call UI and users can talk
User terminates the call by pressing the hang-up button
Call is terminated, Phone is locked again
User unlocks the device
User clicks Matrix button to open the App
App freezes unresponsive while showing the swirl of the welcome screen
App needs to be terminated to get out of the lock situation

Hey @simonwiedmer, thanks for reporting the issue. I did the steps you mentioned but couldn't reproduce the issue. And we cannot see the video you posted due to privileges, can you post it here directly? And we could also use a bug report to investigate logs.
