  1. Scroll down when the room list does not take the whole viewport height

Found in testing today by Kat:

  1. On the home screen, lightly touch the home view with your finger
  2. See UI jump by a lot because All chats and Search disappear in one go

Another case that's presumably part of this issue: Tapping the status bar to scroll to the top of the room list leaves a gap if the large title was offscreen:
