Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any room
  2. Use a mention pill
  3. Leave the screen OR kill the app
  4. Come back to the same room

Outcome

What did you expect?

Mention pill from stored message is restored

What happened instead?

Mention pill disappears and get replaced by a whitespace
