Homebrew-installed notification tool #40

After moving to homebrew-installed blueutil, I'd like to do the same with the notifications, to ease installation.

Here are some of the alternatives I've looked at:

notificator. The current solution. Problem: not available in homebrew.
Terminal-notifier. Problem: not updated in 3 years.
Alerter. Problem: homebrew version not compiled.

Any input here is highly appreciated, be it suggestions, pull requests or wishes!
